Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily rail-to-truck and truck-to-rail transloading operations.

Position Summary
The Maintenance of Way Foreman oversees all aspects of track construction, maintenance, and repair activities. This role requires hands-on field leadership, detailed knowledge of industrial and mainline track standards, and the ability to help build and expand Alleanza Rail’s track construction business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and train MOW crews performing track construction, repair, surfacing, and maintenance
